As a part of the ongoing efforts to improve access to quality health care, the center will focus on diagnosing and treating all conditions of all ages while emphasizing preventive medicine, holistic care and the overall health and wellness of patients. The center will utilize new equipment and trained staff that will be able to optimize our patient's health by individualizing care ultimately. The center understands that many factors can affect health, such as diet, exercise, environment, and heredity. The center will try to provide the most comprehensive medical care possible to optimize high-quality health care and the well-being of each patient.  The center will focus on impacting patients that suffer from type 2 diabetes, providing services to improve patient outcomes among patients with complex type 2 diabetes.

 

WHO WE SERVE:

 

The center will render family medicine services to adults and children within the greater targeted community of IL, ND and WI. These services include telehealth, physical examination, blood work, general medicine and counseling/consulting/advice, referrals to specialty physicians and other specialty care services as needed.
